Last year, couples rushed to marry on Oct. 10, 2010- a date that brought much festivity and popping of champagne corks.
This new decade was welcomed on 1/1/11, a Saturday when many couples took advantage of marrying or getting engaged. It was indeed a fresh start given all the 1’s in a row.

This year contains two more big dates with the 1’s sequence, repeats again; Jan. 11 and Nov. 11.
Dec. 12, 2012 will be the last chance for oh, another 100 years or so when the calendar strikes 12/12/12.
So if you found a ring in your holiday wrappings and are newly engaged, or planning ahead in 2011 to 2012- you should confirm your date as soon as possible, with all your vendors. These days will become anniversaries to remember.
