Wedding Tip of the Day

Don’t skimp on the area framing your face since it is the most viewed area of the bride, both in person and in photography.

Your veil or headpiece should be ornate enough for your gown or dress, and can be more heavily beaded than the gown.

It should not look like an afterthought, and you should be concerned that the overall effect is a balanced one.

Aisle Style 2018

Creative weddings take thoughtful planning that is as imaginative as the couple themselves. It’s going to be a year of elegance: one of beautiful fashion and lots of dazzle, from food to flowers, there will be lots of tradition infused in the minutia.

Today’s couples seek the unique and in 2018 there will be no exceptions. It is no surprise that they want their guests to feel engaged and involved. It’s an experiential event and their greatest desire as everyone partakes in this special day is to hear them say the words, ‘that was so different, but so them!’

Wedding Tip of the Day

Find a quiet place. Relax, light some candles, play some soft music and reflect on what your wedding means to you.

Your engagement should be a special time in your life and there’s simply no reason to feel stressed when you plan with thought.

When a gift is given, the etiquette tradition that remains steadfast is the thank you note.

Don’t make guests wonder whether their gift got lost. Promptly send personal, hand-written thank-you notes after you receive a gift. Your note doesn’t have to be anything fancy or long; just let them know you appreciate their gift . That is, in fact what matters most.

Outdoor ceremonies are lovely affairs but they can come with some weather concerns. No one likes to squint or sweat, so if there’s a chance it’ll be super-sunny, have your ushers hand out umbrellas or sunglasses to your guests.
Ceremony programs made into the shape of fans are another nice way to cool down.
If the forecast calls for crisp weather, offer shawls for the ladies. Leave them in a pretty basket to pick up.

Little touches will make your guests feel comfortable and cared for!
